Paul Kotz is the president of IRIS. A native of Kansas, he currently lives in Louisburg with his wife, daughter, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 7 alpacas, and soon to be 11 chickens. Paul is a serial entrepreneur and has been the lead “Gearhead” since starting IRIS in 2000. “I get the honor of leading the amazing group of people here at IRIS. I am part sales person, part circus ringmaster and part process engineer.”

Paul loves to ballroom dance with his wife. He also enjoys tractor time on the farm and when the colder months come around, working on his model railroad, Tiffany Springs, in the basement of his house.
